Blended Learning: Your study will be a pleasure too!

Thinking about geography classes is always neutral. First, he can't remember anything; secondly, the teacher's eyes will always be on him first to ask something. Suddenly the other section's Imtiaz sir entered their class. It is learned that Tutul sir is ill, so Imtiaz sir will take class today. Sir first divided the whole class into a few groups. Again, the work is different in small groups. Someone's responsibility was to take notes while watching the video, some would just listen to the audio, think of it, and a few others were tasked with sticking to the map. There was a tide of silent laughter in the class. What is Sir really trying to teach with these nonsense? The rest of the teachers come to class and leave the video on multimedia projectors, which is more effective! This was fine so far, but after the class was over everyone was a little surprised. For example, in just forty minutes it seemed like he had got a rough idea of the continent of Europe. Those who have only seen the picture agree. According to Lima, he can learn quickly by seeing something rather than doing something with a pen in hand. It seemed like thinking, everyone's learning process seems different. Everyone learns one by one. But how could Imtiaz sir make everyone fall into such a distinct category? While in class, they did not think a teacher was in class, but rather seemed to be learning all by themselves. All teachers take the help of laptops, multimedia projectors, but they only show video! Imtiaz sir what a magician or not! This is our journey today in search of this mystery -
The relationship of education with educational technology or technology Bangladesh is not far behind in the use of technology in the classroom. Laptops, multimedia projectors are used in many schools even in the most remote areas. The question is whether we can make the most of technology! Teachers are teaching in class - this is a regular scenario. In this scenario, if we want to incorporate technology, we must first understand the present situation. Teach our Traditional Classrooms usually by teaching lectures. From a global perspective, however, this is a very outdated approach. However, it is still the most prevalent and least effective in our country. In many cases, there is no one-way communication. Beyond this, there is also teamwork, personal tuition or coaching based education in small groups. Then we can call this kind of teaching 'Face to Face Teaching'. So what we learn from Google, YouTube channels, and what we call online teaching. So if a teacher wants to teach his students both ways, should he Google it in class by sharing different information, or by showing some videos related to class lectures on YouTube, then we can consider it to be effective? But in this case two-way communication or student internals are changing, how can everyone be sure that everyone is learning? The solution to this problem is called the 'Blended Learning' system.Blended Learning! What is he again! The name sounds like something is being said about blending or mixing. Actually that is it. Face-to-face Teaching and Online Teaching are blended together to study the Blended Learning Method. Blended learning is essentially a hybrid teaching method combining e-learning with the traditional teaching method. But blended learning is different from what we understand as a digital classroom. This system has changed the basic technique of the traditional learning method. Every man's learning style is different, one learns to hear, one learns to see, one cannot learn without hand-writing, and some learn very well in group. The Blended Learning Model supports all types of people to do their own free will. In the meantime the idea of a unique approach called 'flipped classroom' has come to our attention. Teacher determines what will be taught, how much, to be taught in one day in the traditional education. The blended learning model emphasizes the student's ability. Those quick learners, slow learners, those who want to study notes with a little pause - they are all welcome in this method. In Blended Models, it takes time for each student to learn, even though time limit is different - everyone is given a set amount of time. Teacher lessons teach you how to get deep into thinking about something during practice. This method is by far the most effective for evaluating student learning. Since teachers have full documentation of what they teach, it is not a problem if someone forgets an instruction later. How came the Blended Learning Method? The idea of blended learning started in the 5th. Its purpose was to simplify writing with the help of technology. Mainframe and mini-computer as instructors. These alone can teach many students. Developed a program that can automatically teach "Programmed Logic for Automatic Teaching" or Plato, under the initiative of the University of Illinois and Control Data. Satellite-based live video was launched in the 5th. But it was very expensive. Further research on technology is taking place to seek the help of technology in education. Blended learning has been implemented for the first time in this series. For the first time in Atlanta, an educational company in Atlanta announced in the Interactive Learning Center press release for the first time that 'EPIC Learning'. There was ambiguity with the term 'Blended Learning'. In the publications of Graham and Bunk's 'Handbook of Blended Learning', at 25, Graham said, "Blended learning" is an integrated learning process where blended models of face-to-face instruction and instruction using computers. Norm Friesen discusses in detail a study titled 'Defining Blended Learning'.Blended Learning Model There are some important parts of the 'Blended Learning' model. Like the Teacher Traditional Class, here you will give lectures, give instruction. It's called Face to Face Driver. However, the difference with the traditional education is that the teacher will prepare lesson lessons, materials, online references, relevant software, audio and video files, etc., before the class begins. That is, the kind of virtual help you can take to take a class - the teacher has to know everything. There is no opportunity for this class to sit idly by. Everyone in the class has a partisan, turn around and go to class, it is said to practice the lesson at different stations. Again, like anyone who has the freedom to study online. This is called 'rotation'. There will also be a traditional classroom called 'Lab' for face to face teaching. Students can also select the required online courses themselves. Online course completion is also marked, but it will be under the control of a teacher. All the way, want to learn, test, assignment - everything will be here. The digital platform requires the student to interact with the teacher. If you want a teacher, you can share different types of reading material before class, and after discussing it in class, learning will be long lasting. This online platform is called Flex. The four most popular models of blended learning method are the most popular. Rotation model, flex model, a la carte or self-blend model and enriched virtual model. However, many broke the sub-model of the rotation model and spoke of six small and twelve models. However, all four are basically basic.
1. Rotation Model - In this model, students take classes in the classroom and in the lab. So many may ask, what is the difference between classing in a traditional computer lab? Interestingly, the two things are completely different. The teacher is instructed from the lab to the classroom by analyzing all the data a student is spending on a lesson, how much he is learning. If a student has taken a book for two hours, then how much he has actually learned, it is not possible to evaluate it in a systematic way. But in this case there is no such restriction. Students are given time to complete a course and make it mandatory to use any online learning of the course. In this model also group projects, assignments have to be made. Each student is monitored separately. The four sub-models of this model are station rotation, lab rotation, flipped rotation, indivisual rotation.
 2. Flex Model - Classes are divided into small groups. At each station they spend twenty minutes, then turn around and take classes at another station. The stations are something like this: First Station - Teacher (Face to Face Teaching) Second Station - Individually Computer Work, Third Station- Group Computer Work Fourth Station- Guided Practice.
  1. 3. A la carte - Classroom students in this model often engage in computer learning. Sometimes the teacher gives instruction, the team is tied together and taken to the seminar. 4. Enriched Virtual Model - This is called the classroom inside the classroom. Teacher is here, as well as counselor, psychiatrist, Behavioral Specialist, Instructor - everything. This is the most modern and new model, the point of which is that the teacher has to play a role not only in the teaching but also in the overall development of the student. This method does not even require the student to attend school. The blended learning method also has some disadvantages -

 1. Since this method is completely online-based, it does not work where the net is scarce or high in cost. Devices are also needed for everyone, which in many cases cannot be procured.
 2. Teachers and students need to know how to make the most use of technology. This has not happened in a country like ours yet. If anyone thinks technology is a challenge, the whole process of education will be disrupted.
3. Since this resource has to generate many resources, the work of the teachers will increase. So no teacher will want to follow this method with low pay.
4. The emotional stress will be increased on the student for too much content and educational activity. With each generation it will have the next generation gap, this is normal. If we want to transform our current teaching method into a blended learning method, we first need a friendly relationship between the teacher-student teacher and the teacher-student relationship. Which is not possible overnight. So without fully following the Blended Learning system, we can start thinking about which parts we want to start now. Suppose you were assigned to teach for one day. Which model of blended learning would you choose? Or not like any? Don't forget to let us know!
